COVID-19 STATEMENT

Following the government’s latest statement and the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we would like to reassure our customers that we are taking all possible steps to maintain the safety of all our staff and customers, whilst continuing to trade through this difficult and challenging time.

As well as our usual high standard hygiene procedures, we have reduced the number of staff in the factory and office to the bare minimum we need to maintain our usual quality and service. This has allowed us to maintain better social distancing at our manufacturing site, in the production hall and office. We have also stopped all factory visits until further notice.

Our valued supply chain continues to operate, when dealing with deliveries we take all necessary precautions to maintain social distancing.

Regarding your home deliveries, our procedure is as follows.

When the driver arrives at your address he will place your parcel on your door step, then he will knock the door and step back to a safe distance and wait for you to answer, once you have answered the door and retrieved your parcel he will return to his vehicle.

If, however you have any specific delivery requirements please let us know by either telephone or emailing, and we will be happy to accommodate your requirements.

We will continue to monitor government statements/updates and amend our procedures as and when needed to maintain our staff and customers safety.
